Position Hierarchies & Employee Profiles
HR modules from SAP, Oracle and Microsoft allows organisations to manage complexities and position hierarchies. The policy and rule engine of 360TNA integrates with the hierarchy to provide the required control and analysis. In hierarchy and levels, 360TNA allows for organisations to add up to 11 levels and set up innumerable functional reporting. This allows large organisations with multi-level teams to efficiently include their employees, no matter how big their team gets.
Organizations can choose to maintain records of the contract and temporary employees in 360TNA. There is no need to take these employee records to the core HR module. This reduces the clutter in the HR module. Policies, rules and workflow can be applied to both regular employees from the HR module and temporary employees maintained in 360TNA.
