HR modules from SAP, Oracle and Microsoft allows for complex organization and position hierarchies. Policy and rule engine of 360TNA integrates with the hierarchy to provide the required control and analysis.

Organizations can choose to maintain records of the contract and temporary employees in 360TNA. There is no need to take these employee records to the core HR module. This reduces the clutter in the HR module.

Policies, rules and workflow can be applied to both regular employees from the HR module and temporary employees maintained in 360TNA.
