Bulk requests can be uploaded by HR or Manager to ease the process of raising multiple requests for employees.
Overtimes are predefined for a specific time, pre-approved number of hours.
Organisations have the flexibility to pay overtimes for any specified aforementioned time periods.
Extra hour details will be calculated. Based on that HR can raise Overtime Request on the basis of Normal OT, Special OT and CompOff. Once the adjustments are done for all employees, upload the file to reflect the requests in system.
Details of the raised Overtime requests which will go for the Approval to the Manager/HR. Manager can export also the requests to made required adjustments prior approving. This eases the process for approver bulk overtime.
Overtime eligibility defines the criteria as to who all the eligible for Overtime. It can be created as per the employee grade, organization type and who all will be eligible for raising and approving the requests.
Overtime Admin screen will provide HR the details of Overtime raised by all employees. HRs need to search as per Employee code and date range to fetch OT requests details whether Approved, Rejected or Pending. With “Edit” user can make changes to OT hours prior approving. However, bulk OT requests can be modified using Export to excel option. Pending with column provides information on to whom request is pending for approval.
Extra hour’s details have been calculated and initially same will be added to overtime hours, while requesting manager or HR admin can modify the Overtime hours and save the data to upload and submit the request. System will calculate remaining total pending extra hours post calculating total overtime hours.
Overtime that is calculated based on month. This is useful when an organization works on Overtime as per monthly basis. User needs to select month and export to excel. Post adjusting the OT hours, user needs to upload the updated sheet.
