Time Management module mainly designed to help the Project Manager, Managers to track the amount of work done on each project. Users can assign takes to employee based on which employees can raise request on the amount of work done by them. The approvals for request raised will follow the hierarchy defined in the system.
Projects and tasks are created and viewed here. Also the list of on-going and existing projects can be viewed on the search screen.
Task Allocation will show details of project assigned to the Project Head. User can create new tasks based on projects created and assign to the employees.
Time Sheet Request screen will display all the requests raised by employee unlike Exception and Overtime.
Time Sheet Approval screen will reflect all the requests raised by employees. Project head has the option to Approve or Reject a request.
