Regularization Management
The Regularization Module enables users to correct attendance records in cases of violations or discrepancies. Regularization requests are routed through the approval hierarchy specified in the system configuration. An authorized person can customize this configuration to align with organizational requirements.
Regularization Request
The Regularization Request screen displays a list of exceptions submitted by the employee. Employees can filter these records based on date range, exception type, or status. A “New” button is also available for submitting a new request.
Group Regularization
This feature allows managers to raise Regularization Requests on behalf of their team members. It ensures accurate attendance records by addressing discrepancies such as missed punches, incorrect log times, or unrecorded attendance, streamlining the process for both managers and employees.
Regularization Approval
Enable managers to efficiently review and approve exception requests through the Approval screen. This streamlined process ensures quick resolution of attendance discrepancies while maintaining accurate and compliant records for the team.
Regularization Admin
Allowed regularization enables users to reduce the shift hours for a specific period. This feature is particularly useful for employee categories such as Nursing Exit or Study Exit.
Regularization Configuration
Count and Hours Configuration feature is designed to limit the number of regularizations employees can raise, either based on total counts or specific hourly limits, ensuring better control and compliance.
Regularization Eligibility
HR or managers can review details of regularizations submitted by employees for a selected date range. They can search records using employee codes and regularization statuses. Additionally, they have the authority to cancel any request raised by an employee, regardless of its status (Approved or Pending Approval).
