Users can upload attendance for employee, shift roster, Holiday Calendar, Leave Eligibility, Shift details, etc. in bulk.
User needs to fill Access Date, Employee Number, IN and OUT time as per the mentioned format. Attendance file is to update the IN and OUT timings of employees as per shift assigned.
Holiday Calendar can be used to update holiday in the system for entire year in bulk. User needs to fill Holiday From Date, Holiday To Date and description as per the mentioned format. Calendar Code: It will be auto generated by system once the file will be uploaded successfully.
Shift Master Data has be updated the same way we create it Shift Module. This is useful when the user needs to upload many shift all together. Shift Code- This should be unique value.
