Time sheet Management
The Time Management module is designed to help Project Managers and Managers track the work done on each project. Users can assign tasks to employees, who can then submit requests for the amount of work completed. The approval process for these requests follows the hierarchy set within the system.
Project and Task Definition
In this section, projects and tasks are created and viewed. The search screen also allows users to view a list of ongoing and existing projects.
Task Allocation
The Task Allocation section displays details of projects assigned to the Project Head. Users can create new tasks based on existing projects and assign them to employees.
Time Sheet Request Search and Creating New Request
The Time Sheet Request Search feature allows users to easily search and view submitted time sheet requests. Additionally, users can create new time sheet requests to track the work done on assigned tasks and projects.
Time Sheet Approval
The Time Sheet Approval screen displays all requests submitted by employees. The Project Head can review these requests and choose to approve or reject them.
